Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

1.1 Applicability. These Terms apply to all services offered through gbagee, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, RNG slot games, fishing arcade games, virtual sports, and any promotional or loyalty programmes offered to registered players in Bangladesh.

1.2 Amendments. gbagee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification to players. The current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with a clearly displayed "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the gbagee platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

1.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with gbagee's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific rules applicable to individual games and promotions (where published), constitute the entire agreement between you and gbagee and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings between the parties in relation to your use of the platform.

1.4 Language. These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if provided for convenience), the English version shall prevail.

1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.6 Waiver. gbagee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements. To register and maintain a gbagee account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a resident of, or are physically located in, Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or accessing casino games;
• You are registering the account solely for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of gbagee or any of its technology or game content providers;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended gbagee account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited;
• You have not been previously self-excluded from gbagee or any other gambling platform with which gbagee shares exclusion data.

2.2 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile phone number registered to you personally (for bKash/Nagad verification), and a valid email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC). gbagee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — prior to your first withdrawal or whenever gbagee's compliance team requests verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by gbagee may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one gbagee account. If gbagee identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (by name, NID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method), all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and a single account may be permanently closed at gbagee's discretion.

2.5 Account Credentials. Your gbagee Login username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify gbagee immediately by contacting support at [email protected].

2.6 Restricted Territories

gbagee is operated for and directed at players located in Bangladesh. gbagee does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using gbagee's services complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction at all times.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. gbagee currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) Nexus Pay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The current list of available payment methods is displayed within your gbagee account wallet section at the time of transaction.

3.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum single deposit amount and daily aggregate deposit limits are set by gbagee and may be adjusted based on account tier, verification status, and responsible gaming restrictions applied to your account. Players who have activated deposit limits through gbagee's responsible gaming tools may not circumvent those limits by using alternative payment methods.

3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the gbagee wallet within 60 seconds of confirmed payment under normal network conditions. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 2 hours to reflect. gbagee accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's network or banking infrastructure outside gbagee's control.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions. To submit a withdrawal request, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have deposited using an eligible payment method; (c) have met any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to your account balance; and (d) be withdrawing to a payment method registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

3.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. gbagee targets the following withdrawal processing timelines:

3.6 Withdrawal Rejections. gbagee reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request in circumstances including but not limited to: incomplete KYC documentation, suspected fraudulent activity, pending dispute investigations, active bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or technical issues with the designated payment provider. gbagee will communicate the reason for any withdrawal rejection to the player via their registered contact details.

3.7 Dormant Account Charges. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more is classified as dormant. gbagee reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before the dormancy fee begins accruing. To reactivate a dormant account, the player must complete a successful gbagee Login and contact support to confirm identity.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility. Promotional offers at gbagee are available to eligible registered players as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, including through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.

4.2 General Wagering Requirements. Where a specific wagering requirement is not stated in an individual promotion's terms, the default wagering requirement for gbagee bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳30,000 of qualifying wagers to be placed before the bonus balance or any winnings attributed to the bonus become eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Qualifying Wagers. Unless otherwise specified, the following wager types qualify toward wagering requirements: sports bets with minimum odds of 1.50 or greater, live casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), and eligible RNG slot games contributing at a rate stated in the specific promotion terms. Void bets, cashed-out bets (where the full payout has not been settled), and wagers placed on games specifically excluded from a promotion do not count toward wagering requirements.

4.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the individual promotion page. If no time limit is specified, the default expiry period is 14 days from the date the bonus is credited to the player's account. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus balance and any winnings associated with the unexpired bonus will be removed from the account without compensation.

4.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as a result of bonus play (i.e., winnings generated while a bonus balance is active) is capped at 10x the bonus value received, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 per bonus. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal settlement.

4.6 gbagee's Right to Modify Promotions. gbagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has begun working toward its wagering requirement, gbagee will honour wagering progress already recorded as at the withdrawal date. No compensation is due for the removal of a promotion that has not yet been credited to a player's account.

4.7 Seasonal Promotions. gbagee periodically runs promotions aligned to Bangladesh's sporting and cultural calendar — including BPL cricket season offers, Bangladesh Tigers international match-day free bets, Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh cashback events, and Victory Day prize pool tournaments. These promotions are governed by their individual terms pages, which are published on the gbagee promotions section at the time of launch.

5.1 Sports Betting Rules. All sports wagers placed through gbagee are subject to the applicable event-specific rules published in the gbagee sportsbook at the time of bet placement. gbagee offers pre-match betting, in-play (live) betting, and cash-out options on selected events. The availability of specific markets, in-play betting, and cash-out is not guaranteed for any particular event and may be suspended at gbagee's discretion at any time before or during an event.

5.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets at gbagee cover BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, the settlement rules published for the specific market at the time of bet placement will apply. Where no specific rule applies, gbagee will settle bets in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body.

5.3 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference number from the gbagee system. In the event of a technical failure, communication error, or system fault during bet placement, gbagee reserves the right to void any bet that was not properly confirmed, even if a preliminary confirmation was displayed. gbagee shall not be liable for losses arising from bets that were not successfully confirmed.

5.4 Obvious Errors. gbagee reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — including prices that were manifestly incorrect due to human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that are materially inconsistent with the fair market price of the event at the time of bet placement. gbagee will notify affected players and refund the stake to their account wallet within 24 hours of voiding.

5.5 Live Casino Rules. Live dealer games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and others) are streamed from certified game studios operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the game studio's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a live stream interruption, settled hands remain settled; unsettled hands are voided and stakes returned.

5.6 RNG Games & Slots. The maximum single win or payout per bet, spin, or game round that gbagee is obligated to credit to a player's account is ৳5,000,000 (five million Taka), unless a specific game's jackpot terms state otherwise. Winnings in excess of this threshold require manual review and may take up to 72 hours to be credited.

6.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for, access, or use any gbagee service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. gbagee may request age verification documentation at registration, at first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point if there is reasonable cause to suspect the player does not meet the minimum age requirement.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment. gbagee is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Bangladesh players. gbagee provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available free of charge to all registered account holders, accessible from the responsible gaming section of your account settings. 7.1 Closure by the Player. You may request the closure of your gbagee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance after all eligible withdrawals have been settled will be refunded to your registered bKash or Nagad number. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by gbagee. gbagee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods;
• Collusion with other players or exploitation of software errors;
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct directed at gbagee staff;
• Attempts to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures contrary to these Terms;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement;
• Compliance with any applicable legal, regulatory, or law enforcement requirement.

7.3 Effect of Suspension. Upon account suspension, access to the platform — including gbagee Casino games, sports betting, and wallet functions — will be immediately disabled. Pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation. gbagee will communicate the reason for suspension within 5 business days unless prohibited from doing so by a legal or regulatory obligation.

7.4 Appeals. Players who believe their account has been suspended or closed in error may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of the suspension notice. gbagee will review all appeals within 10 business days and communicate the outcome in writing. The decision of gbagee's compliance team following an appeal review is final.

8.1 No Warranty. gbagee provides its platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gbagee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur. gbagee will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and will communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

8.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbagee's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their gbagee account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. gbagee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of winnings that were not settled due to a technical error, or loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform, even if gbagee has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

8.4 Force Majeure. gbagee shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond gbagee's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet infrastructure failures, or civil unrest.

8.5 Dispute Submission. Any dispute, complaint, or claim relating to a wager settlement, bonus calculation, payment transaction, or account decision must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. gbagee will acknowledge receipt of all disputes within 2 business days and will aim to resolve them within 10 business days.

8.6 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through gbagee's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. Nothing in this clause limits gbagee's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
